DRA does prides itself in our management and training expertise. We deliver training in a very practical and simple way. We call on our background expertise in the variety of work environments including Public sector, Private Sector, and Non-Profit organizations.
We first interview the client to find out what they want to achieve with the training; we then assess the needs and talent of the participants. In this process we review the results with the client, then, we develop a course of training. We then deliver the training using the appropriate tools we have in our tool bag.
The results are measured by the client’s satisfaction that we have met their training needs.
We also provide Management Development, and that includes creating issues in role playing scenarios to provide an experience that will improve their recall, should they face a similar issue in the workplace. This dynamic way of training can enhance the level of participation and can be a part of a Teambuilding experience.
